Overview:
Alimentari Adriana is a concept grocery brand inspired by my mixed-race heritage and created in honor of my great-aunt, the headmistress of an Italian culinary school. Reimagining the grocery store as a place where food meets art, the brand elevates everyday provisions into something elegant, expressive, and emotionally resonant.
Drawing from the textures of Dutch still lifes and the refined minimalism of Irving Penn’s photography, I developed a visual identity that blends timeless beauty with modern clarity. The brand direction balances luxury with approachability, creating a sensory experience rooted in ritual and romanticism.
I led creative direction across brand, web, and social—designing a custom website, curating a gallery-style Instagram feed, and crafting a visual language that evokes legacy, intimacy, and pleasure. The result is a cohesive, heritage-inspired brand system that feels both personal and premium—proof that design, when layered with story, can transform even the most ordinary spaces into something unforgettable.
